More About Mr. Dixon AKA “Jamel”
As a photographer he has traveled around the world visiting more than 100 Countries, all seven continents and countless cities. He has photographed most of the wonders of the Ancient and Modern world. From the Pyramids of Egypt, The City of Machu Picchu, Petra in Jordan, Victoria Falls, The Taj Mahal, the Temple of Thailand, The Great Wall of China, Austria, New Zealand, most recently Iguassu Falls In Brazil /Argentina and Easter Island. Some of the most exciting visits were to Antarctica, Galapagos Islands and French Polynesia.
Jamel is a member of the New Rochelle Art Association.
He has exhibited his work in a number of venues as a one Man Show and in multiple Artist Exhibitions and competitions.
He has won awards for his work shot in Russia, Puerto Rico and Antarctica
